Jeff has been selling real estate full-time since 2014 and is passionate about delivering great outcomes for both sellers and buyers. His extensive knowledge and personal experience in developing, building, buying, renovating, and selling property will enable you to unlock a well thought out sales strategy, and produce the best possible outcome for your property.
An internationally published biomedical research scientist by background, Jeff is meticulous in managing the selling process and his attention to detail is second to none. He’s a country boy at heart (Blackall, Central Queensland) and understands what makes people tick. He is able to quickly build trust and rapport with people to put them at ease that their property sale is being managed with the utmost care and professionalism.
Jeff founded The Real Estate Doctor in 2021 to enable him to be more flexible in the terms and conditions he can offer to his clients – as well as what he can contribute to MindFx Limited, a charity he helped establish to deliver better recovery pathways for young adults with challenging mental illness.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing squash (the number one sport for your health according to Forbes (2003), advocating for better mental health outcomes and social inclusion (MindFx and Walk ‘n’ Talk for Life), spending time with friends and family, and travelling to new and interesting places.
Jane joins the team with a strong corporate background. Originally trained as a chartered accountant in her homeland of Scotland, Jane has extensive experience in leading a wide range of for-purpose organisations and driving notable improvements in people, product, and client services through building trust and working effectively and collaboratively with people.
Jane is passionate about real estate and delivering a great client experience in a safe and highly ethical pair of hands. She is able to connect authentically with people and build trusting relationships that go beyond transactions.
In her spare time, Jane enjoys spending time with family and friends, yoga, beach walks with Bronze (our mini dachshund) and travelling to new and interesting places.
Energy and passion are common first impressions with Bel. As a proud Argentinian, passion is in her blood, in particular her passion for integrity and people first. Service to others is in her blood as is real estate with her father and brother both highly successful real estate agents. An excellent communicator and negotiator, Bel leverages her legal and procurement background to build a trusting partnership with clients and ensure they maximise their return on investment and achieve more than they ever thought possible. Bel also has a keen eye for design and style which enables her to look beyond today’s obvious to tomorrow’s value-creating opportunities.
As a first-time mum, Bel has developed an entirely new appreciation of the value of community, including family-oriented activities and services. When she’s not tending to the needs of her clients, Bel enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors in the sand and sunshine.
