Jeff has been selling real estate full-time since 2014 and is passionate about delivering great outcomes for both sellers and buyers. His extensive knowledge and personal experience in developing, building, buying, renovating, and selling property will enable you to unlock a well thought out sales strategy, and produce the best possible outcome for your property.
An internationally published biomedical research scientist by background, Jeff is meticulous in managing the selling process and his attention to detail is second to none. He’s a country boy at heart (Blackall, Central Queensland) and understands what makes people tick. He is able to quickly build trust and rapport with people to put them at ease that their property sale is being managed with the utmost care and professionalism.
Jeff founded The Real Estate Doctor in 2021 to enable him to be more flexible in the terms and conditions he can offer to his clients – as well as what he can contribute to MindFx Limited, a charity he helped establish to deliver better recovery pathways for young adults with challenging mental illness.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing squash (the number one sport for your health according to Forbes (2003), advocating for better mental health outcomes and social inclusion (MindFx and Walk ‘n’ Talk for Life), spending time with friends and family, and travelling to new and interesting places.
Janelle brings a caring, client-first approach to real estate, shaped by over 20 years of nursing experience. Her genuine passion for helping people achieve the best possible outcomes is evident in her work. Janelle has five grown children who are all successful and committed business owners in the community of Yeppoon which provides her with an extensive network of valuable connections. Liz Sutton brings more than a decade of senior body corporate management experience to the property sales team, backed by a lifetime of skills that define her authenticity, integrity and calm, positive energy.
